Second, we have a policy that penalizes those who don’t message to cancel in advance of the date. They will be temporarily banned from the app so that we can investigate why they didn’t show. We appreciate that life gets busy, but we definitely hope you will message your date in the chat to let them know if you have to cancel within the 24-hour window.
